Rosalba began working at El Buen Samaritano as the Primary Needs coordinator before accepting a position as Community Development coordinator. She chose to work at El Buen because she thinks the programs offered here help people in need in so many ways. It is a challenging, yet rewarding job. "Everytime I see someone smile because of our help, I get a feeling of satisfaction like no other."
